COD is available for most of the locations/Pin codes in India only. COD limit is up to 20,000 INR.

In case of a wrong product delivered, write to us at business@javer.online  along with the product images and the order number id, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours. 

Any complaint that is reported after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.

Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of orders.

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at business@javer.online.

Exchange and returns are available for products within 72 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.

The top , bottom and dupatta fabrics are all 2.5 mtrs wide.
